A. Shorten the bungee cord even more, and see if he changes his decision on bending his knees and working his quads overtime?

C. Clothespins are too nice. Maybe use some clover clamps that tighten more as they're pulled on?

No, I didn't make this one. I got it from a company that I bought some of my gear from long ago. I received a message via the contact form on this website from another member today asking about the same gag, and I checked to see if they still sell it, and they do. However, now they list it as being adjustable to a max of 5 inches instead of 6.5 inches like when I got mine several years ago. If that works for you and you're still interested in it, shoot me a message via the contact form and I'll get you a link to the gag.
